Boatrocker Roasty Toasty Imperial Brown Can Sgl

Boatrocker Roasty Toasty Imperial Brown Can Sgl

We have done a couple of Coffee Brown Ales in the past. First off wasĀ a 5.5% beer called simply...Ā Coffee Brown.
Which was then followed with a double version calledĀ Big Shot... So where do we go from there? At Boatrocker the only way to go is into barrel!
EnterĀ Roasty ToastyĀ - A Bourbon Barrel Imperial Brown Ale with Coffee. Completing the trio in true Boatrocker fashion.
We teamedĀ up with local specialty roaster Fayale and used their coffee beans in our Bourbon barrel aged brown ale. Coming in at 9.8% and aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 12 months, this beast is coffee forward, with the malt balancing beautifully between barrel, bourbon and the coffee notes.
