Bridge Road Colossus Fortified Ale

Colossus is Bridge Road’s most daring creation yet—Australia’s strongest beer, clocking in at a colossal 32% ABV. This fortified ale blurs the lines between beer, spirit, and liqueur, delivering intense flavours of caramelised malt, sticky toffee, dark fruit, and warming booze. It pours thick and rich, best enjoyed slowly and in good company. Pair it with a rich blue cheese, dark chocolate tart, or sticky date pudding for maximum indulgence. Colossus is also built to cellar—give it 5 to 10 years and expect even more depth and elegance. Best served just below room temp, around 12–16°C.
