After 11 months of maturation, the result is an opulent, open-knitted wine displaying generous white and yellow stone fruits lifted by a bright touch of lemon zest. Lightly filtered and vegan-friendly, it is incredibly easy-drinking and perfectly paired with a classic roast chicken or rich pasta dish.
