One Drop Red Eye Red IPA

Red Eye is One Drop’s first Red IPA of the season, and it hits that sweet spot between comforting malt and bold hops. Built on a rich New Zealand malt base with four specialty grains, it pours a deep amber glow and delivers all the toasty, biscuity warmth you’d want in a cooler weather release. The bitterness is dialled back just enough to let a double dry-hop of Simcoe, CRYO POP, and hand-selected Riwaka do its thing—think resin, citrus, and a hint of ripe stone fruit over a smooth, balanced finish.
