Working Title and Kicks Brewing have gone all-in with Diamonds—a Red IPA that’s bold, bitter, and brilliantly layered. This malt-forward gem brings a rich base of biscuit, caramel oats, and malt to the table, lifted by a trio of Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Simcoe hops. Expect lemon zest, pine resin, and tropical compote aromas on the nose, before it settles into a chewy Anzac-biscuit core. As it warms, those toasty malt flavours really shine, balanced by a dry, hoppy finish. Old-school IPA drinkers, this one's for you.
