If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos of the packaging and the products immediately upon delivery.

Email our support team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and the photos attached to initiate a claim.

Our cellar team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality guarantee standards and provide a return authorization if approved.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
