Over and Over is Konpira Maru’s most delicate expression yet from the high-altitude Eminence Vineyard in Whitlands—and it's a beauty. Aromas of plum skin, capocollo, and spice drift into a savoury palate of blueberry, violet, and forest mushroom. It’s silky, ripe, and still electric with cool-climate acidity. Fermented naturally and aged in mostly old oak, this Pinot captures the elegant soul of the vintage without losing any depth.
