Stoke Wines’ Field Blend 2023 is led by Cabernet Sauvignon from their Cassini vineyard, with a handful of other varieties in the mix. Wild fermented, cold settled, and carefully handled throughout, it’s bright, textural, and savoury with lifted red fruits, a subtle herbal edge, and refreshing acidity. Unfussy but thoughtfully made, this is the kind of wine that makes you lean in for another sip — and another bottle.
