Gold is a blended, barrel aged Australian Wild Ale. Gold Blend #30 is a blend of six barrels - 1714 (10 month old Gold), 1751 (10 month old Gold), 1772 (11 month old Gold), 1828 (7 month old Gold), 1908 (11 month old Gold) and 1920 (13 month old Gold).  A balanced six barrel blend with good oak elements... spicy and creamy, very vinous. Toasty, mandarin marmalade and honeyed aromas. The palate is very savoury, vinous and textured. Delicious blend with oaky overtones and Portuguese custard undertones to finish.
