Cluster 8 is BentSpoke’s cult-favourite IIPA—big, resinous, and packed with hops. Usually pouring fresh from the Brewpub taps year-round, it occasionally escapes into limited can runs for fans eager to share this beast at home. Expect a heady hit of tropical fruit, citrus, and dank pine from a massive hop bill of Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra, all sitting on a solid malty base that keeps things balanced.
