Mountain Culture Spacetime Legend (x Superflux) - NEIPA Can Sgl
We started 2025 off by hosting our newest and hippest Canadian mates Superflux Beer CompanyĀ from Vancouver. We made time to show them around the beautiful Blue Mountains, haveĀ an adventure and take in the World Heritage listed sights. Unfortunately, it was raining and covered in a thick cloud the entire time so we showed them pictures of it and drank beers inside all day.
Luckily this gave us plenty of time to come up with something fun, experimental and unique for our first collaboration beer.
Spacetime Legend combines the unique dry hopping techniques of both breweries in an attempt to expand our knowledge of what varied contact times do for our hops. We used a combination of Citra, Centennial and Vic Secret hops, some added for over 4 days, some for as little as 6 hours to create a bright, sparkling citrusy NEIPA that would have been perfect for the sunny, Summer days they never got to see.
