This Cali IPA is pure West Coast sunshine in a glass, brewed as one of our special 10th Birthday collaborations for Saccharomyces Beer Cafe (Sacch HQ). It has all the elements of classic California Dreamin’: piney resin, zesty orange peel, and hints of tropical fruit cut through like sunlight streaming between the redwoods. The clean and grounding bitterness is perfectly balanced by a dry, fresh finish. This beer feels like wandering a forest trail in spring—cool shade, warm light, and the unmistakable scent of California’s wild giants in the air.
