Honey & Macadamia IPA is a richly textured brew where sweet malt complexity meets bold tropical hops. A layered grain bill—featuring Golden Promise, honey malt, toffee, oats, and wheat—sets a smooth, biscuity base for local honey and roasted macadamias to shine. Sabro and Cashmere hops add bright notes of tangerine, coconut, and citrus peel, while London Fog yeast rounds it all out with a soft haze and gentle fruitiness. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, and best enjoyed fresh, it’s a lush, aromatic IPA with a distinctly Northern Rivers twist.
