An IPA that hits absolutely every direction on the compass. Slow Lane got their hands on Lallemandâs new "Northern IPA" yeast and decided to build a beer that perfectly balances the best traits of the East and West coasts. "North" meets "South" with a base of Australian-grown malt and an all-star New Zealand hop bill (Waimea, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Manilita). The East Coast influence shines through in the hazy pour and a heavy dry-hop that delivers ripe tropical fruit, citrus, and soft stone fruit. Finally, the West Coast character brings it all back in line with a firm, lingering bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.
