Made in collaboration with Brisbane’s iconic Saccharomyces Beer Cafe to celebrate their 10th birthday, this is a supremely complex and layered Mixed Culture Fruited Sour. Slow Lane blended four different mixed culture beers, aged in barrels and tanks for one to four years. They then added an exorbitant amount of ten different fruits to create a uniquely layered and complex fruit salad experience. It’s a bold, funky, and sour tribute that is well worth the 8.0% ABV.
